Biography

Kenneth E. Pigg is Associate Professor, Department of Rural Sociology and Extension Specialist in Community and Rural Development, University of Missouri-Columbia. He has contributed to several journals with articles on community development and program evaluation. His work also emphasizes program development in communities and professional education in rural community economic development.
