Conant, an international energy consultant, was previously assistant administrator for international energy affairs in the U.S. Federal Energy Administration and senior government relations counselor for the Exxon Corporation. Fern Racine Gold is an international energy consultant on oil and nuclear supply and a doctoral candidate at Columbia University. She was previously a political analyst for the Exxon Corporation."
