Biography

Kinfe Yilma is a senior lecturer at the School of Law, University of Leeds. Dr Yilma was formerly Associate Professor of Law and Technology at the University of Addis Ababa Law School and a Teaching Fellow at the University of Melbourne Law School. He is the author of Privacy and the Role of International Law in the Digital Age (Oxford University Press, 2023) and The Content Governance Dilemma: Digital Constitutionalism, Social Media and the Search for a Global Standard (Palgrave, 2023). Dr Yilma is educated at the University of Melbourne (PhD), University of Cambridge (MPhil), Brunel, University of London (LLM), University of Oslo (LLM) and University of Addis Ababa (LLB).
