Biography
Vinh-The Lam is Librarian Emeritus at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. His previous book with Hãn Nguyên Nguyễn Nhã Vietnam, Territoriality and the South China Sea: Paracel and Spratly Islands is also published by Routledge (2019).
