Tim Howarth is Senior Lecturer in Construction Management at Sheffield Hallam University

Paul Watson is Professor of Building Engineering and Director of Partnership Development at Sheffield Hallam University. He was previously the Head of the Department of the Built Environment at Sheffield Hallam University.
