Jakub Kociubiński is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wrocław, Poland. His research interests revolve around EU State aid law, transport regulation—particularly air transport, including public service obligations—and European responses to foreign economic expansion, with a focus on China’s Belt and Road Initiative.
