Biography

Richard Stone is Emeritus Professor of Law and Human Rights at the University of Lincoln, UK.

James Devenney is Professor of Transnational Commercial Law and formerly Head of the School of Law at the University of Reading, UK. He is also a Full Visiting Professor at the UCD Sutherland School of Law, University College Dublin, Ireland, and Visiting Professor Dalian Maritime University, China.
