Biography

Mengxing Lyu is an associate professor at Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School, China University of Political Science and Law. She obtained her PhD at Faculty of Law, Maastricht University. Her research areas cover environmental law, law enforcement, law and economics, and international environmental law.
