Biography

Doug Pennant is a game industry veteran of 13 years, having worked in QA and Production at Microsoft, Creative Assembly, and more recently FundamentalVR. Amidst the complexities of game production pipelines, he developed a particular focus on the growth and development of colleagues and the improvement of game production as a craft. He is deuteranopic color‑blind and has given a number of industry talks and workshops on accessibility in video games, including a talk at the 2019 Game Developer Conference (GDC) on designing for color‑blindness in games.
