Biography
B. Guy Peters is Maurice Falk Professor of Government, Emeritus, at the University of Pittsburgh, USA. His PhD is from Michigan State University, and he has honorary doctorates from four European universities. He was founding co-editor of Governance, the European Review of Political Science, and the International Review of Public Policy. During his career he has written or edited almost 100 books, most recently Understanding Administrative Reform, and the Handbook of Bureaucratic Autonomy.
