Biography
Rebecca H. Padot is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at PRRUCS at the University of Pennsylvania. She has previously held the titles of Bradley Fellow, Earhart Fellow, Fox Distinguished Graduate Fellow, and Mumford Fellow.
