About the Authors

Annika Lantz is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Stockholm in Sweden. She has also worked as a consultant for Fritz Change AB and as a psychotherapist and supervisor in private practice.

Daniela Ulber is a Professor at HAW Hamburg University in Germany. Her research focuses on organizational development and management and coaching/systemic and solution-orientated consulting in organizations.

Peter Friedrich is a Senior Researcher at the University of Tartu in Estonia. He is interested in public management.
