Biography

Grace Mansah-Owusu is an organisational psychologist and runs her own career development and training consultancy in the UK called Great Minds for Business. Along with a career spanning over 15 years in work and organisational psychology and experience in various industries, including transport, logistics, hospitality, charity and non-for-profit, and consultancy, she has an MSc in occupational psychology and a PhD in career development. Grace is passionate about supporting people in their careers and providing timely and accurate support to anyone at any career stage.
