Biography

Dr Rona Hart is an Associate Professor in Applied Positive Psychology at the School of Psychology, University of Sussex, UK. She is a lecturer, researcher, practitioner and author specialising in Positive Psychology and Economic Psychology. Recently, she launched a pioneering interdisciplinary field, Positive Economic Psychology, which integrates these two domains. Her textbook, Positive Psychology: The Basics (Routledge), is widely adopted in higher education and has been translated into multiple languages. Rona is also a longstanding member of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA) and holds several leadership roles. Rona is also a Co-Editor of the International Journal of Wellbeing, and served as guest editor for several special issues.
