Biography

Benjamin H. Deitchman is an experienced practitioner and academic in and around state government administration and policy. His previous book, based on his doctoral dissertation, was Climate and Clean Energy Policy: State Institutions and Economic Implications. He currently works for the Georgia Public Service Commission in Atlanta, Georgia.
