Biography
Peter Garrett is Emeritus Professor in the Language and Linguistics Programme in the School of English, Communication and Philosophy at Cardiff University, Wales, UK. He was a founder member and Secretary of the Association for Language Awareness in 1992, and Editor of the journal Language Awareness from 1993 until 2008. He has been made an Honorary Member of the Association for Language Awareness.
Josep M. Cots is Professor of English Language and Applied Linguistics at the University of Lleida, Catalonia, Spain. He was a founder member of the Association for Language Awareness in 1992 and has been a member of its Executive Committee. He has also been a member of the Editorial Board of the journal Language Awareness.
