Biography
Mark M. Lowenthal is a senior specialist in U.S. foreign policy at the Congressional Research Service of the Library of Congress, a scholar with fine credentials in the intelligence and foreign policy fields, a former intelligence official with the Intelligence and Research (INR) Bureau of the State Department.
