Derek Averre is a Reader and former Director of the Centre for Russian, European and Eurasian Studies, University of Birmingham, UK. He is a Russian foreign/security policy specialist with 25 years’ experience in the field.
Kataryna Wolczuk is Professor of East European Politics at the Centre for Russian, European and Eurasian Studies, University of Birmingham, UK.
