Biography

Ronald J. Cottman is a Quality Systems Design Consultant, Fountain Hills, Arizona. His previous position was Director, Product Effectiveness, producing inertial navigation systems for commercial aircraft, Litton Aeroproducts Division, Moorpark, California. The author of two books and a technical manual, he is a senior member of the American Society for Quality Control. Mr. Cottman received the B.S. degree (1980) in business administration and the M.A. degree (1982) in engineering management from the University of Redlands, California.
