Biography
Peter Mason has a fractional position as Senior Lecturer at London Metropolitan University and is Visiting Professor of Tourism at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, University of Rijeka, Croatia. He has taught for over 50 years, 37 of which have been in higher education institutions (HEIs) in the UK, New Zealand and Australia, where he held various positions: Reader, Professor, Head of Department and Head of School. This book is based largely on his own research and teaching at HEIs in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, France and the Dubai.
