Biography

Martino Lorenzo Fagnani is a postdoctoral researcher in early modern history at the University of Pavia. His main research interests are the history of science and the history of travel.

Luciano Maffi is a lecturer in economic and global history at the University of Parma, Italy. He also teaches economic history and tourism history at the Catholic University of Milan.
