Wolfgang Scholz is Researcher at the Faculty of Spatial Planning at the Technical University of Dortmund, Germany, and Associate Professor at the German University of Technology, Muscat, Oman.
Sabine Baumgart was Chair of Urban and Regional Planning at the School of Spatial Planning, Technical University of Dortmund, Germany, from where she retired in 2018.
