Ireneusz Dąbrowski is an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Economics and the Head of the Monetary Policy Unit at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Poland.

Leila Halawi is an Associate Professor and Research Coordinator at the College of Aviation in the Department of Graduate Studies at Worldwide Campus, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, USA.
