Biography

Dr Annette B. Roter is Assistant Professor of Leadership, Change Management and Healthcare Management at Viterbo University. She has written several articles on the topic of dysfunctional leadership related to healthcare and provides consulting on the topic along with executive coaching. She is associated with the Midwest Academy of Management and the International Leadership Association.
