Biography

Dieter Schwela is a senior research associate at the Stockholm Environment Institute, University of York and has many years of international experience in air pollution and human health. Gary Haq is a research associate at the Stockholm Environment Institute, University of York where he specializes in urban environment and air pollution issues and is co-editor of The Earthscan Reader on World Transport Policy and Practice. Cornie Huizenga is the Head of the Secretariat of the Clean Air Initiative for Asian Cities (CAI-Asia) based at the Asian Development Bank, Manila. Wha-Jin Han is a Vice President and General Director of the Policy Research Group at the Korea Environment Institute, Seoul. Herbert Fabian is a sustainable urban transport specialist. May Ajero is an air quality management and co-benefits specialist. They are both based at the CAI-Asia Secretariat in Manila.
