Millicent A. Akaateba is an Associate Professor of urban planning at the Faculty of Planning and Land Management, SD Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, Ghana.
Bernard A. A. Akanbang is an Associate Professor of Development Planning at the Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies.
