Biography

Andrew Tallon is a Senior Lecturer in Urban Policy at the University of the West of England (UWE), Bristol, UK. His teaching and research interests include urban geography, urban regeneration, globalisation, gentrification, cultural regeneration, retail-led regeneration, the night-time economy, and creativity, festivals and carnivals. He has written two previous editions of Urban Regeneration in the UK, edited two books, published numerous book chapters and research papers and is the editor of the Journal of Urban Regeneration and Renewal.
