Biography

Dr. Gunikhan Sonowal is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Computer Technology at Assam Down Town University. He holds a Post Doctoral fellowship from the National Forensic Sciences University. His research focuses on Information Security particularly Phishing and Social Engineering Attacks and Design Thinking. Dr. Sonowal earned his BSc from Sibsagar College, MCA from the University of Hyderabad, and PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Pondicherry University. He has authored numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences and is the author of three books published by Apress, Nova Science Publishers, and CRC Press.
