Rokyta is Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematical Analysis at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University, Czech Republic and M. Ruzicka is Scientific Assistant at the Institute of Applied Mathematics of the University of Bonn, Germany.
