Biography

Marsha Ann Tate earned a PhD in mass communications from The Pennsylvania State University, USA. She also holds a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from Bloomsburg University, USA, a Master's degree in Library Science from Clarion University, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University. Tate has had a multifaceted career as a writer, photographer, educator, and co-founder and owner of Wispy Pines Media. She has published a variety of books, articles, and Web-based resources on media and history-related topics.
