“At a time of widespread despondency, this powerful book provides possibilities for hope. Emphasizing that patriarchal mindsets permeate all the central challenges of our times, it argues for the urgent need for a regenerative feminist paradigm of practice to move towards creating egalitarian and just societies that are in harmony with nature.”
Jayati Ghosh, Professor of Economics, University of Massachusetts Amherst“Women, Power, and the Economy connects feminist theory with actionable strategies for creating a balanced, just, and regenerative partnership future for us all.”
Riane Eisler, author of The Chalice and the Blade“As patriarchy, power and profit are re-gaining ground and destabilizing countries across the globe, Women, Power, and the Economy offers another vision – one that weaves feminist wisdom and strategic insights on transformative change into a roadmap for building inclusive, life-serving civilizations. You don’t need to be a feminist to understand that today’s brand of patriarchy goes counter to deep human values and an understanding of 21st century challenges. The book shows how the application of different value based transformational pathways is fundamental to meet those challenges.”
