Doina Tatar is a Professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, from the Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her teaching and research interests centre round natural language processing, but she is also interested in automated theorem proving. She elaborated a number of over hundred papers and books. Biography
Doina Tatar is a Professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science from the Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her teaching and research interests centre round natural language processing, namely semantical and pragmatical aspects, but she is also interested in automated theorem proving. In his long career she elaborated a number of over hundred papers and books, covering the current interests.She also serves as a Program Committee member of the
International Conferences SYNASC (Symposium on Symbolic and Numeric Algorithms for Scientific Computing), KEPT (Knowledge Engineering: Principles and Techniques Conference), and AIMSA (Artificial Intelligence: Methodology, Systems, Applications),
and as an Editorial Board member of IJOCI (International Journal of Organizational and Collective Intelligence) and AISS (International Journal on Advances in Information Sciences and Service Sciences).
