Biography
An internationally-recognized leader in the theory and practice of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, (REBT), Russell Grieger, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 35 years experience helping individuals, couples, and families overcome their emotional and behavioral problems and lead happy, fulfilled lives. He also provides consultation and training to organizations big and small, public and private, on the topics of leadership, teambuilding, strategic planning, motivation/personal responsibility, and emotional well-being, as well as teaches at the University of Virginia as an Adjunct Professor. Dr. Grieger has published seven books or manuscripts for the mental health professional, co-edited the Journal of Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and published three self-help books for the lay public. His latest interest is creative writing and will publish a memoir in 2016 of the NCAA Championship basketball team on which he played.Education
