Michael DeJonge is an Associate Professor of Religious Studies at the University of South Florida in Tampa (USA), where he teaches history of Christianity and modern religious thought.

Biography
Michael DeJonge's primary teaching area is the history of Christian thought, especially from the Reformation forward. His current research focuses on the twentieth-century, German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer.Prof. DeJonge earned his Ph.D. in Religion from Emory University in 2009, having also undertaken doctoral work at the Freie Universität in Berlin as a Fulbright scholar and fellow of the Berlin Program for Advanced German and European Studies. He spent 2014-15 as a Volkswagen Stiftung/Andrew W. Mellon Foundation fellow at the Leibniz-Institute for European History in Mainz, Germany.
