Yelena Nikolayevna Zabortseva

Dr. Zabortseva is a Casual Lecturer in the Department of Government and International Relations at Sydney University. She holds an Honours in International Economics from Kazakh State Academy of Management, a Master of Arts in International Relations (IR) from MGIMO (Russia), and a PhD degree from the University of Sydney. Her professional experience has entailed work as Head of the PA and IR Department at Kazakhstan’s Financial Superintendent and A/Professor at Kazakh Economic University.
