Biography

Grid Thoma (Ph.D. and M.A., Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies) is Assistant Professor with Tenure of Economics and Management at University of Camerino, Italy. Grid has been visiting professor in several institutions such as School of Management at Boston University, Graduate School of Engineering at University of Tokyo, School of Management at Ludvig-Maximilian Universität in Munich, and School of Economics and Management at Beihang University in Beijing. His research interests include the financial valuation of innovation, entrepreneurship in high tech industries, technology diffusion and agglomeration. Grid has benefitted of grants from European Commission, European Science Foundation, Italian Government, and others. His research has been published in journal such as Annales des Economique et Statistique, European Management Review, Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of Financial Services Research, Research Policy, Seoul Journal of Economics and World Patent Information.
