Biography
Dr. Hitoshi Iwashita is an author, researcher, and corporate educator about cross cultural management for multinational firms. He completed an International MBA from IE Business School, and will receive a PhD in Business and Management from Cardiff Business School.Before becoming an academic researcher, he was an independent management consultant, a representative at Value Associates Inc.
As a corporate educator and consultant, he delivered a number of consulting projects to Japanese multinational corporations facing cross cultural issues on strategy, post integration, organisational development, and leadership.
As a lecturer, he taught organisational behaviour at Cardiff Business School and GLOBIS Management School.
His continuing interest lies in developing practice oriented research and education in cross cultural management with a focus on leadership, culture, organisational behaviour, and strategy in Asia and other regions.
