Biography

Louis Efron is a business/management consultant that works in a wide array of industries across the globe. He is the author of How to Find a Job, Career and Life You Love and PURPOSE MEETS EXECUTION: How Winning Organizations Accelerate Engagement and Drive Profits (May 2017, Taylor & Francis), a contributing writer for Forbes and Huffington Post and the founder and CEO of Louis Efron, LLC and Purpose Meets Execution. His career credits include Head of Global Employee Engagement for Tesla Motors, International VP of HR for JDA Software, VP of HR for the Fortune 300 medical device company, Stryker and Broadway theatre. He is an award winning human resources executive, entrepreneur, writer, theatre director, producer, consultant, speaker and founder of the charity World Child Cancer USA. He has lived and worked throughout the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He studied Labor Relations at Cornell University, New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and Advanced Leadership at Harvard Business School. He holds a BA from California State University, Fullerton, as well as a BS and JD from Saratoga University School of Law.
