the author of the first-ever book on TESOL career path development, along with other books on online language teacher education and teaching Arabic. She has delivered many keynote lectures and led workshops around the world - the United States and over 40 countries worldwide. She has been described as a truly energizing and inspirational speaker in the teacher education world today.

Biography

With an academic career spanning institutions in the United States and on five continents, I have enjoyed contributing to projects focusing on educational program design, implementation and evaluation for universities, ministries, and private and government agencies. I have traveled extensively on both short- and long-term assignments in over 30 countries worldwide. My objectives include project impact assessment, program development, teacher education, language and cross-cultural communication training and sustainable capacity building. I seek new opportunities and enthusiastically anticipate a new chapter following completion of ten years at Shenandoah University in 2016.
