Most recently I was the Director of Executive Education and the Shingo Institute of Utah State University, coordinators of the Shingo Prize for Enterprise Excellence. I have taught at schools all over the world including Malaysia, England, Australia, Singapore, Japan, etc.My PhD is in Economics and Operations Management. I also have an MBA and an MA in international Affairs. I have published 19 books. I have endorsed by individuals like Stephen Covey, and companies like AT&T, FedEx and Black and Decker.
In consulting my focus was on organizational transformations. I worked for several of the major consulting companies.
