Paul Rutter

Dr Paul Rutter joined Sir Liam Donaldson as co-author of Essential Public Health for the substantially revised fourth edition of this long-running textbook. Paul Rutter is a public health physician who has worked on a wide range of issues in the United Kingdom and globally. Most recently, he was the Chief Operations Officer of the World Health Organization’s programme to eradicate polio.
