Juliette is a Chartered Educational Psychologist (EP), with 15 years’ experience working with children and young people, both as a teacher and EP, and more recently Specialist Senior Educational Psychologist for emotional well being and mental health. Juliette obtained her MEd in Psychology in Education in 2002 and a further MEd in Educational Psychology in 2004, both with distinctions, from the University of Bristol.

Areas of Research / Professional Expertise
As a Specialist Senior Educational Psychologist, Juliette's areas of particular specialism include: supporting resilience & well being in vulnerable children and young people; promoting resilient thinking in students; the development of parent-infant attachment; supporting young people with attachment needs in schools; self-harm; understanding trauma; supporting refugee children in schools; and the use of therapeutic approaches.

Juliette is trained to use Sandplay therapy approaches with children and young people.  She is receiving ongoing training and supervision in Sandplay Therapy from an Accredited Sandplay Therapist and is working to become a Registered Sandplay Therapist with the Sandplay Association herself.  
Personal Interests
Juliette has two children of her own and lives in Stroud.  Juliette enjoys writing, dancing, yoga, the outdoors and travelling.
