Trevor Jones Author of Evaluating Organization Development

Trevor Jones

I am passionately committed to museums' potential to make the world a better place. I believe in the importance of skilled leadership and management, and have been working for years to improve the museum field in these areas. I also believe that museum collections have amazing potential to connect with visitors. I am a founder of the group Active Collections which is helping museums of all sizes rethink how artifact collections can better support their mission.

I have been working with museums, libraries and archives for over 20 years. I've worked on projects ranging from high end digitization of cultural objects to the history of cheese making. My current focus areas are management of people and projects in the museum field and on improving the use of museum, archives, and library collections of all types.
