I'm an organisational coach who develops individuals, teams and organisational systems through the practice of coaching. I believe that everyone deserves to be led well which leads me to work with both sides of the leadership relationship. That is the reason why I have written about Extra-Dependent Teams - to reshape some relationships to what they truly are rather than for what people believe they ought to be. I'm a husband, father and scout volunteer amongst other things.
