Paul Kendall


I am a retired Chartered Accountant with an interest in new business startups, and advising on the pitfalls that may befall a new business. I have written a number of books advising small businesses and professional practices. I have become increasingly concerned at the lack of morality shown by businesses today, it appears that the current business model is to lie. I am currently researching how the pursuit of material wealth is affecting the health of a large number of business owners.

Biography

In my time in practice I gained a great deal of experience in dealing with small business startups, professional practice accounts and insolvencies.

    Accounting and Financial Management, Loughborough University

Areas of Research / Professional Expertise

    I spent many years advising businesses in the healthcare sector, notably doctors and dentists, and wrote books regarding the specific accounting requirements of each profession.
    The other books I have written were published by CCH Walter Kluwer, and not listed here.
    I also gained experience in dealing with failing businesses.

Personal Interests

    I have an interest in gardening, in particular propagating exotic plants
