Andrea Lindmayr-Brandl

I am a music historian working in the fields of Renaissance music, music editing, source studies, book research, and cultural material studies. The present book is the outcome of a research project under my leadership on ‘Music printing on German-speaking lands: From the 1470s to the mid-16th century’ (vdm.sbg.ac.at). Apart from that, I am also a Schubert scholar and more generally interested in historiography, biographic studies and new technologies.
