Biography

Matthew is the Chief Executive Officer of Insurgence, a management consulting firm dedicated to helping organisations to navigate (and lead) through disruptive change. He was previously Managing Director Asia-Pacific at Palladium Group, the strategy execution firm co-founded by management luminaries Dr. Robert Kaplan, Baker Foundation Professor, Harvard Business School and Dr. David Norton. Mr. Tice is a leading advisor to CEOs across Asia-Pacific in the areas of strategy design and execution, leadership, innovation and governance. He has worked with hundreds of leading organisations across six continents throughout his career. Matthew started his career as a Nuclear Engineer with the United States Navy. He holds an MBA with honors from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a BSc. Degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. Matthew is a member of the CEO Institute (Certified) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
