Chin-Chung Chao is associate professor of communication at University of Nebraska at Omaha. Her primary research interests span conflict management, leadership, intercultural communication, organizational communication, and media communication. She served as the President of Association for Chinese Communication Studies (ACCS) in 2011-12 and the Chair of Asian/Pacific American Communication Studies Division (APACS) in 2012-13. In addition, she has served on the editorial boards of the Journal of Intercultural Communication Research, Taylor & Francis, Journal of International and Intercultural Communication, NCA, and Negotiation and Conflict Management Research. Her research has won multiple awards and has appeared in top tier journals in the communication field.
