Robert Christopher Kenter

Rob Kenter is a 30-year veteran of the Norfolk Police Department and has extensive experience in both the Field Operations Bureau and the Administrative Services Bureau. He currently works directly for the Chief of Police in the Office of Special Projects as a policy and data analyst. Robert has a Ph.D. from Old Dominion University School of Public Service. His research interests include health care reform, collaboration, privatization and southern politics.
