Biography
He graduated in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo (1999), master (2003) and doctor (2010) in Sociology from the University of São Paulo. Conducted postdoctoral research at the Center for Metropolitan Studies / Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (CEM / CEBRAP). He is currently a professor in the Department of Political Science at the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences at the State University of Campinas (IFCH-Unicamp). He is a full member of the Graduate Program in Political Science at Unicamp and Social Sciences at Universidade Estadual Paulista - Unesp Araraquara. He is coordinator of the Research Group on Participation, Social Movements and Public Policies (Nepac). His research and academic production deal with the theme of participation, democracy and public policies.
